性猝死最常见于患有高血压、冠心病及其他各种心脏病的患者,因为高度兴奋的性生活易引起心肌缺血、心肌电生理不稳定,诱发严重性心律失常而猝死。如脑动脉硬化或先天性脑动脉瘤、血管畸形者,可由于血压骤升,脑血管破裂,发生出血性中风而猝死。
