1 灌区简介 韩墩灌区位于黄河下游山东省滨州地区,于1958年兴建,设计流量60m~3/s。近些年来,随着黄河水资源的日益紧缺,灌区供需矛盾突出。为了充分利用现有的黄河水资源,1988年水利部确定韩墩引黄灌区为节水技术改造试点灌区,并于1991年完成了总干22km的砼板衬砌。采用予制砼板衬砌边坡,全断面铺设塑料薄膜防渗的复合衬砌结构。衬砌后总干比降由1/9000～1/10000,增大到1/7500,以保持总干不冲不淤。
1 Irrigation Introduction Han dun irrigation area is located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River in Binzhou, Shandong Province, was built in 1958, the design flow 60m ~ 3 / s. In recent years, with the increasing shortage of water resources in the Yellow River, the contradiction between supply and demand in irrigation areas has been prominent. In order to make full use of the existing Yellow River water resources, in 1988 the Ministry of Water Resources decided to pilot the water conservancy technology pilot project in the irrigation area of South Yellow River Diversion Project. In 1991, it completed a concrete lining with a total length of 22 km. Using precast concrete slab lining slope, the whole section laying of plastic film impermeable composite lining structure. After lining the ratio of total dry by 1/9000 ~ 1/10000, increased to 1/7500, in order to keep the total dry red is not silt.
