目的:研究复制许可因子CDT1(Cdc10-dependent transcript)在肝癌中的表达特征及意义。方法:收集正常人肝脏和肝癌组织标本,以免疫组化法进行CDT1染色。结果:研究发现CDT1在正常肝脏组织中呈强阳性表达,阳性着色定位于胞浆。肝癌细胞中CDT1的表达明显降低,呈阴性或弱阳性,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CDT1在正常肝脏组织中呈强阳性表达,定位于胞浆;并且CDT1可能参与了肝癌的形成和发展,其作用机制值得深入探讨。
Objective: To study the expression characteristics and significance of Cdc10-dependent transcript in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Normal liver and liver cancer tissues were collected and stained with CDT1 by immunohistochemistry. Results: The study found that CDT1 was strongly positive in normal liver tissue, positive staining located in the cytoplasm. The expression of CDT1 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells was significantly decreased, negative or weakly positive, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: CDT1 is strongly expressed in normal liver tissue and localized in the cytoplasm. CDT1 may be involved in the formation and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Its mechanism of action is worthy of further study.
