甘蓝又称包菜、洋白菜。其营养丰富,被列为抗癌蔬菜。甘蓝具有适应性强、易栽培、产量高、耐贮运等特点,在河南各地广泛栽培,且不同地区选用适宜品种排开播种,可分期收获。近年来,甘蓝大量北菜南运或销往我国港澳地区以及出口日本、韩国、新加坡、俄罗斯和东南亚等市场,进行创汇。甘蓝在我省蔬菜生产中日益占有重要地位。
