在市场经条件下,企业内部控制是每个企业工作中非常重要的一个环节,加强企业内部控制对提高企业经营管理水平、风险行为防范能力,确保企业战略目标得以实现具有重要意义。作为推动国民经济发展,促进市场经济繁荣的主要力量,中小企业应该以科学的理论结合自己的实际情况来建设科学合理的内部控制制度,使企业不断壮大,实现健康持续发展。本文以中小企业内部控制的建设问题研究为题,希望对我国中小企业的发展有所借鉴。
Under the condition of market, internal control of the enterprise is a very important link in the work of each enterprise. Strengthening internal control of the enterprise is of great significance to improving the management level of enterprises and preventing risk behaviors and ensuring that the strategic objectives of the enterprise are realized. As a major force that promotes the development of the national economy and promotes the prosperity of the market economy, SMEs should establish a scientific and rational internal control system based on scientific theories and their actual conditions so that the enterprises can grow continuously and achieve sound and sustainable development. In this paper, the construction of small and medium-sized internal control issues as the title, hoping to learn from the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
