在宁夏教育工作汇报会上,陈宝生对宁夏的民族教育给予充分肯定。他说,宁夏的民族教育贯彻落实了中央的部署,根据区情探索出可行之路、积累了丰富经验、取得了长足进展。陈宝生指出,民族地区发展民族教育,要从各民族的实际需要出发,充分发挥教育立德树人的根本作用。要服从、服务于民族地区经济社会发展需要,提供人才支撑。要把政治要求摆在第一位,在党的民族政策指导下开展民族教育。要广泛开展教育交流与合作、开放办学。要语言筑基,能力增效,品学兼修、教学相亲,为少数民族学生打开认识世界的窗口。党和政府要给予民族教育
At the Ningxia education work briefing session, Chen Baosheng fully affirmed the national education in Ningxia. He said that ethnic education in Ningxia has implemented the deployment of the Central Government, explored feasible ways according to the conditions of the region, accumulated rich experience and made great strides. Chen Baosheng pointed out: In developing ethnic education in ethnic areas, we should proceed from the actual needs of all ethnic groups and give full play to the fundamental role of educating the people of Liberia. We must obey and serve the needs of economic and social development in ethnic areas and provide personnel support. Political demands should be given top priority and national education should be conducted under the guidance of the party’s national policy. We should conduct educational exchanges and cooperation widely and open schools. To build a language base, the capacity of efficiency, learning products, teaching blind date, open the window of understanding for the ethnic minority students. Party and government should give national education
