对３４４例（３５０例次）肾移植病人资料进行分析，以探讨肾移植内科方面经验。发现１．群体反应性抗体（ＰＲＡ）检查对选择受者有好处；２．对高龄（５０岁以上）、糖尿病受者用小剂量激素；３．用血浆置换加药物治疗加速排斥反应有一定效果；４．继发性红细胞增多症用ｔｈｅｏｐｈｙｌｌｉｎｅ治疗有效
