培养大学生入党积极分子,是高校党组织的一项重要工作。要解放思想,加强理论教育、成立各种理论研讨小组,加强党校的网络化教育。要在活动中加强对入党积极分子的教养和考察,同时加强学生党员与入党积极分子的交流,加强日常管理和规范考察程序,做好早选苗、早培养、严格把关、定向培养、相结合的工作。只有通过各种途径做好对入党积极分子的培养,才能为高校党组织发展提供后备力量。
To cultivate university students activists to join the party is an important task for the party organizations in colleges and universities. We should emancipate the mind, strengthen theoretical education, set up various theoretical discussion groups and strengthen the network education of Party schools.
