3月18、19日,由本刊和金利来(远东)有限公司联合举办的“港澳台资企业在大陆”座谈会在北京召开。全国政协副主席钱伟长,国务院港澳办公室副主任王启人,国务院台湾事务办公室副主任孙晓郁,中国贸易促进会、海峡两岸经贸协调会会长郑鸿业,经贸部台港澳司司长安民以及港澳台资企业家和大陆学者、专家等140多人参加了会议。会议由本刊副总编辑徐民和主持,本刊总编辑陈大斌和金利来(远东)有限公司董事局主席曾宪梓代表主办单位致辞。钱伟长、郑鸿业、安民等也在会上致辞祝贺。像这样的有政府官员、港澳台资企业家、专家、学者聚集在一起,就港澳台资企业在大陆如何发展,大陆、香港、澳门、台湾四地工商业者如何携手合作迎接21世纪到来等问题共同探讨,在大陆还尚属首次。在座谈会上,有20位与会者发了言。他们从不同的侧面,对港澳台商在大陆投资的意义与作用,如何与大陆业者合作以及投资环境、经营方针、企业管理、培养人才等问题,畅谈了个人的体会和看法,十分中肯,很有见地。现将港澳台资企业家们的发言摘登如下。
On March 18 and 19, the “Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-funded enterprises in the mainland” forum jointly organized by the Journal and Goldlion (Far East) Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. Qian Weichang, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Wang Qiren, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council; Sun Xiaoyu, Deputy Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; Zheng Hongye, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Co-ordination Association; and An Min, Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs Department of the Ministry of Economic and Trade Affairs; More than 140 people from home and mainland scholars and experts attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Xu Minhe, deputy editor of the journal. Chief Editor Chen Dabin and Jin Lilai (Far East) Co., Ltd. Chairman Zeng Xianji spoke on behalf of the organizer. Qian Weichang, Zheng Hongye, and An Min also addressed the meeting. Government officials, Hong Kong, Chinese and Taiwanese entrepreneurs, experts, and scholars have gathered together to discuss how Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-funded enterprises are developing on the mainland. How do business and industry workers from the mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan work together to welcome the arrival of the 21st century? It is still the first time in the mainland to discuss this together. At the forum, 20 participants spoke. From different perspectives, they talked about the significance and role of Hong Kong, Mabian and Taiwanese investors investing in the mainland, how to cooperate with mainland Chinese companies, investment environment, management policy, corporate management, and training of talents.
