目的了解济南市水源性高碘地区居民高碘体征状况,了解其碘营养状况。方法在存在高碘地区的济南市商河县按照东、西、南、北、中五个不同的地理方位各随机抽取一个乡镇(街道办事处),进行高碘体征的调查。结果8~10岁儿童甲状腺触诊平均肿大率11.74%,男性甲状腺肿大率低于女性;尿碘范围89.6~3 201.2μg/L,尿碘中位数896.50μg/L。结论商河县水源性高碘地区高碘体征明显,必须实施停供碘盐和改水相结合的综合防治措施。
Objective To understand the status of iodine deficiency in residents with high iodine level in Jinan and to understand the status of iodine nutrition. Methods One township (subdistrict office) was randomly selected from Shanghe County, Jinan City, where there was a high iodine concentration in five different geographical orientations of East, West, South, North and Central China to investigate the signs of high iodine. Results The average thyroid gland enlargement rate was 11.74% in children aged 8-10 years. The rate of goiter in men was lower than that in women. The range of urine iodine was 89.6-3 201.2μg / L and the median urinary iodine was 896.50μg / L. Conclusion There are obvious signs of high iodine in water-rich iodine area of Shanghe County, so it is necessary to implement the comprehensive prevention and control measures of stopping iodized salt and changing water.
