锅炉是一种比较常见的能量转换设备,输入锅炉的能量主要有电能、化学能、高温烟气等几种形式,经过转换之后,可以向外输出高温水、蒸汽或其他热载体。作为一种能量转换装置,锅炉能为人们提供生活中所需要的热能。与此同时,如果在转换过程中使用不当,则有可能产生很大的危险。因此,要对锅炉进行必要的检验,这是实现锅炉安全运行的重要技术手段。本文介绍了我国锅炉使用的现状以及注意事项,就如何保障锅炉安全运行提出了相应的策略。
The boiler is a kind of common energy conversion equipment. The energy input to the boiler is mainly in the form of electric energy, chemical energy and high temperature flue gas. After conversion, it can output high temperature water, steam or other heat carriers outwardly. As an energy conversion device, boilers provide people with the heat they need in their life. In the meantime, there is the danger that if used incorrectly during the conversion process. Therefore, to carry out the necessary inspection of the boiler, which is an important technical means to achieve safe operation of the boiler. This article introduces the status quo and precautions of the use of boilers in our country and puts forward corresponding strategies on how to ensure the safe operation of boilers.
