目的探讨黏蛋白13(MUC13)基因在卵巢癌中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生、发展、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法及RT-PCR法检测56例正常卵巢组织、20例良性卵巢肿瘤组织及56例卵巢癌组织中MUC13蛋白的表达及mRNA的相对表达量。结果 MUC13在正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率及mRNA相对表达量远远低于卵巢癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床分期的卵巢癌之间MUC13蛋白阳性表达率及mRNA相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有淋巴转移组与无淋巴转移组的卵巢癌组织中MUC13蛋白表达率及mRNA相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织中MUC13表达量升高,其高表达可能与卵巢癌的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of mucin-13 (MUC13) in ovarian cancer and its relationship with the occurrence, development and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Methods The expressions of MUC13 protein and mRNA in 56 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 56 cases of ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and RT-PCR. Results The positive rate of MUC13 expression in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumors was significantly lower than that in ovarian cancer tissues (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of MUC13 protein and mRNA between different clinical stages of ovarian cancer (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of MUC13 protein and mRNA relative expression in ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of MUC13 in ovarian cancer tissues is increased, which may be related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
