本文详细分析了微波平衡低噪声晶体管放大器的输入匹配特性、增益特性以及低噪声特性,导出了与微波单端低噪声晶体管放大器性能参数间的关系,给出了相应的工程计算公式。实践表明,这些分析结果与实际情况极为吻合。最后给出了1.45GHz平衡低噪声晶放的实测结果,并与同频段单端晶放噪声系数做了比较。
In this paper, the input matching characteristics, gain characteristics and low noise characteristics of the microwave balanced low noise transistor amplifier are analyzed in detail. The relationship between the performance parameters and the performance parameters of the microwave single ended low noise transistor amplifier is derived. Corresponding engineering formulas are given. Practice shows that these results are in good agreement with the actual situation. Finally, the measured results of 1.45GHz balanced low noise crystal are given and compared with the noise figure of single crystal in the same frequency band.
