本文通过对223名基层员工的问卷调查,结果显示,第一,知识密集型企业基层员工的性别、婚姻状况、已工作年限、在本单位工作年限、家庭状况以及在家庭中的位置对其责任心的影响并不显著;第二,知识密集型企业基层员工的年龄、学历和家庭收入对其责任心的影响较为显著。
