东府办〔2013〕162号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:《东莞市国家、省产业发展专项资金项目配套资助管理办法》业经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。东莞市国家、省产业发展专项资金项目配套资助管理办法第一章总则第一条为进一步鼓励我市企事业单位积极承担国家、省级产业发展专项资金项目,争取更多的上级政策资源落户我市,根据《中共东莞市委、东莞市人民政府关于调整完善“科技东莞”工程专项资金政策的意见》(东委发〔2012)16号)等文件要求,特制定本办法。
