前言 硼铸铁是一种优良的减磨铸铁,与高磷铸铁相比,其耐磨性约提高50%~(4)。制造硼铸铁的主要方法在是电炉、冲天炉内或铁水包中添加含硼物质(称为加硼剂)。目前所用的加硼剂主要为硼铁合金,也可以用硼砂、硼酸。硼铁加硼剂具有比重大、吸收率高且稳定、加入工艺简单等优点;但其价格昂贵,使生产成本大幅度提高。硼砂、硼酸的价格虽然低一些,但又存在着比重轻、体积大、吸收率低等特点,故应用范围有限。为此,寻求实用而价廉的加硼剂,降低硼铸铁的生产成本,乃是一项有实际经济效益的研究课题。
Preface Boron cast iron is an excellent anti-wear cast iron, compared with high-phosphorus cast iron, its wear resistance increased by about 50% ~ (4). The main method of making boron cast iron is to add a boron-containing substance (called boronizing agent) in an electric furnace, a cupola, or a ladle. The currently used boronizing agent is mainly ferroboron, you can also use borax, boric acid. Boron iron boron additive with a large proportion, high absorption rate and stability, the addition of simple process, etc .; but its high price, so that production costs increased significantly. Borax, boric acid, although the price is lower, but there is the proportion of light, bulky, low absorption rate, so the application is limited. Therefore, it is a practical and economic research topic to seek practical and cheap boron-adding agent to reduce the production cost of boron cast iron.
