江西省人民政府通命教字第六号事由为令发职工业余教育暂行实施办法由赣西南行署、南昌市人民政府、各专署、各县、市人民政府:本府为遵照政务院关于开展职工业余教育的指示与贯彻中央中南工农教育会议的精神,特结合本省实际情况,拟定「江西省职工业余教育暂行实施办法」,随令公布,务须按照是项办法要点,切实遵照执行,以提高本省广大工人,职员群众的文化、政治水平,逐步扫除职工中现有文盲为要!此命。附「江西省职工业余教育暂行实施办法」一份主席邵式平一九五一年二月十五日
