通常用纯稻草栽培凤尾菇产量较低,生物学效率在50%左右.而栽培时添加辅料又易导致杂菌污染。本人通过多年的试验,在菌丝市满料床后撒上薄层米糠,2~3天内料面可形成浓密的菌丝,发菌期内菌丝生长旺盛,生物学效率由52%提高到96%,且菇质好。 1供试材料 凤尾菇,引自安徽农学院菌种室,制成棉子壳栽培种。稻草选用杂交晚稻草,去掉稻草头,切成6~9cm的段,浸泡在2%的石灰水中48小时,以除去硅质,充分软化。沥干水分后待用。
