Guarantee contract is the legal basis to guarantee the establishment of legal relationship. On the basis of discussing the validity and nature of the guarantee contract, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the legal reasons for guaranteeing the validity of the contract, the nature of the legal liability assumed by the guarantor and the guarantor’s liability.
