There is a big gap between each city in Hebei Province and other domestic cities in terms of the number of tourists, revenue generation at home and abroad, tourist source structure and tourist satisfaction. This paper studies and analyzes the main factors restricting the development of urban tourism in Hebei Province and puts forward specific strategies for the transformation and development of urban tourism destinations in Hebei Province and the upgrading of urban tourism products. Tourism City and City Tourism are two different concepts.
