[目的]了解武城县接种狂犬病人免疫球蛋白及狂犬病疫苗人群产生抗体情况。[方法]采用狂犬病毒IgG抗体诊断试剂盒(即酶联免疫法)检测狂犬病IgG抗体。[结果]共检测血清标本448份,其中抗体阳性355份,总阳性率为79.24%。受伤24h内接种97人抗体阳性率86.60%,超过24h接种71人抗体阳性率80.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。首剂加倍给予102人抗体阳性率87.25%,5针全程接种178人抗体阳性率70.22%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。受伤后按要求正确处理伤口者324人抗体阳性率75.62%,未按要求处理伤口者124人抗体阳性率70.16%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。受伤后注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白者168人抗体阳性率89.29%,未注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白者280人抗体阳性率76.43%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]为了达到更好的免疫效果,被可疑动物咬伤或抓伤后应立即到医疗部门处理伤口,并及时注射狂犬病人免疫球蛋白和狂犬病疫苗。
[Objective] To understand the antibody production of rabies immunoglobulin and rabies vaccine in Wucheng County. [Method] Rabies IgG antibody was detected by rabies virus IgG antibody diagnostic kit (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). [Results] A total of 448 serum samples were detected, of which 355 were positive, the total positive rate was 79.24%. The positive rate of 97 antibody inoculation was 86.60% within 24h after inoculation, and the positive rate of antibody in 71 inoculation was over 80.28% in 24h, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The first dose doubled the antibody positive rate of 102 people to 87.25%, and the 5-way full vaccination of 178 antibody positive rate of 70.22%, the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.01). The positive rate of antibody of 324 people was 75.62% after wounding, and the positive rate of antibody of 124 people without treatment of wound was 70.16%. There was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). The positive rate of anti-idiopathic rabies immunoglobulin in 168 patients was 89.29%, and that of non-rabies immunoglobulin in 280 patients was 76.43%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] In order to get a better immune effect, the wounds should be treated immediately by the suspicious animal after being bitten or scratched, and rabies immunoglobulin and rabies vaccine should be injected in time.
