实践教学在高职酒店管理专业中占据重要地位,能够满足现代社会对实用型人才的需求。在实践教学过程中应贯彻一体化教学模式,以提升教学效果。本文就构建高职酒店管理专业一体化实践教学体系提出一些策略。
Practical teaching occupies an important position in vocational hotel management and can meet the demand of practical talents in modern society. In the process of practice teaching should implement the integrated teaching mode, in order to enhance teaching effectiveness. This article puts forward some strategies to build an integrated practice teaching system of hotel management specialty in higher vocational education.
