克拉玛依油田的长输管道随着使用年限的增加,出现了因腐蚀、材质缺陷等问题引起的强度降低、穿孔等现象。采用内窥检测技术对管道进行了检测,查清了部分管道的状况。介绍了内窥检测技术的原理、现场应用和在克拉玛依油田的推广情况,对其经济效益和社会效益进行了综合评价。
With the increase of the service life of the long-distance pipeline in Karamay Oilfield, the strength, perforation and the like due to corrosion, material defects and the like appear. Endoscopic detection technology was used to detect the pipeline to find out the status of some of the pipeline. The principle of endoscopic detection technology, field application and the popularization in Karamay Oilfield are introduced, and its economic and social benefits are comprehensively evaluated.
