患者男 ,62岁 ,鼻腔通气不畅 1年 ,逐渐加重。专科检查 :左鼻嗅裂区可见一肿物。表面光滑 ,略苍白 ,无出血及溃疡 ,质软 ,右鼻道正常。初步诊断 :左鼻腔内占位性病变。副鼻窦冠状位ＣＴ扫描 (图 1 ) :左鼻腔内被软组织密度肿物填充 ,肿块最大面积约 3 0ｃｍ× 4 5ｃｍ ,边缘光
The male patient, 62 years old, had poor nasal ventilation for 1 year and gradually worsened. Specialist examination: A mass can be seen in the left nasal olfactory cleft. Smooth surface, slightly pale, no bleeding and ulcers, soft, normal right nasal passage. Initial diagnosis: Occupational lesions in the left nasal cavity. Coronal CT scan of the paranasal sinuses (Figure 1): The left nasal cavity is filled with soft tissue masses, with a maximum area of approximately 30 cm x 4 5 cm.
