中职生是一个相对特殊的学生群体,一方面中职生正处于身心迅速发展的时期、逆反心理较强、自控能力较差,缺乏明辨是非的能力,往往会因为一时冲动做出一些错事。另一方面中职生生源素质参差不齐,入学分数普遍较低,又缺乏刻苦学习的毅力,不听课、听不懂课的现象常有;面对这个特殊的群体,如何做好一名合格的中职生班主任,让学生安心守纪、思想稳定、好好学习,顺利完成学业,提高自身能力面向社会,显得尤为重要。
