通过研究聚羧酸减水剂单体聚醚反应催化剂,探索了在单体聚醚合成过程中不同催化剂的催化效率,以及催化后产品在聚羧酸减水剂合成过程中的应用效果。反应物甲基丙烯醇与环氧乙烷在相同物质的量比下,对比了NaOH、KOH、NaH和Na几种催化剂的催化情况,找出了每种催化剂的催化特点,确定了催化剂的最佳选择、生成副产聚乙二醇(PEG)最低的催化剂用量、温度对催化剂的影响等。最终通过聚羧酸减水剂的合成与水泥净浆流动度的测试,选择出了NaH在该合成中的催化综合性能为最佳。
Through the study of polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer polyether reaction catalyst, explore the catalytic efficiency of different catalysts in the synthesis of monomer polyether, as well as the catalytic effect of the product in the synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Under the condition of the same molar ratio of reactants, methyl-allyl alcohol and ethylene oxide, the catalytic performances of several catalysts such as NaOH, KOH, NaH and Na were compared and the catalytic characteristics of each catalyst were found. Good choice, the generation of by-product polyethylene glycol (PEG) the lowest amount of catalyst, the temperature on the catalyst and so on. Finally, the synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the fluidity of cement paste were tested, and the best catalytic comprehensive performance of NaH in the synthesis was selected.
