盐酸长春考酯(vinconate hydrochlo-ride)系比利时Omnichem公司合成,由东京田边公司在日本上市的脑代谢改善剂。动物实验表明,本品对脑缺氧及脑缺血时的神经细胞障碍具有脑保护作用,还具有脑代谢改善作用等。临床试验表明,本品能改善脑波、老年痴呆患者的症状、慢性脑血管障碍患者的精神症状及主观症状等。 8例智能低下的脑血管障碍后遗症患者口服本品8周,每日3次,每次30mg,综合评价总改善度:“中等改善”以上50％,“轻度改善”以上100％。有用度:“有用”以上66.7％,“稍有用”以上100％,特别是病程未
