为了解温岭市免疫接种率监测系统的真实情况,采用统一的监测评价方法,对2006-2009年的监测资料进行分析。结果显示:全市报告的完整性维持在78%左右。2006-2009年卡介苗、脊髓灰质炎、百白破、麻疹、乙型肝炎疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率为98.92%～99.85%,平均估算接种率为91.53%～103.21%,与报告接种率之间有差距。D值显示:2006、2007年的报告接种率存在可疑,2008、2009年数据为可信。R值的评价和D值相互印证。提示在进行接种率信息评价时,要规范引用多个评价方法,相互印证,提高评价的可靠性。
To understand the real situation of Wenling vaccination rate monitoring system, a unified monitoring and evaluation method was used to analyze the monitoring data from 2006 to 2009. The results show that: the integrity of the city’s report maintained at about 78%. The routine immunization coverage of BCG vaccine, polio, diphtheria, measles and hepatitis B vaccine was between 98.92% and 99.85% in 2006-2009. The average estimated vaccination coverage was 91.53% -103.21% animal. The D value shows that there was suspicious report coverage in 2006 and 2007, and the data in 2008 and 2009 were credible. R value of the evaluation and D value confirmed each other. Prompted during the evaluation of vaccination rate information, standardized reference to multiple evaluation methods, verify each other, improve the reliability of evaluation.
