带材的板形缺陷是由于在轧制过程中,带材断面张力应力分布不均匀而引起轧薄量不均匀的结果。有板形缺陷的带材在外观上呈现出波浪、翘曲等现象。板形偏差用相对长度差表示。假定波浪为正弦波,利用曲线积分和幂级数展开推导出板形公差。板形的测量有实验室测量法和在线测量法。用于在线测量的板形仪不是直接测量板形,而是测量应力。从胡克定律出发,说明板形仪的在线测量原理和精度要求。板形测量系统由板形辊、信号处理装置、电视监视器和有关软件组成。文章从分析板形偏差模型出发,分别说明了轧辊倾斜、弯辊和分段冷却这三项控制要素的功能原理。本文是笔者根据近三年来与外商技术谈判的体会和分析写成。文章有关论述的部分依据和图例选自外商提供的参考资料。
Strip shape defects are due to the rolling process, the strip cross-sectional tension and uneven distribution of stress caused by uneven rolling results. Strip defects in the shape of the plate appears in the waves, warping and so on. The shape deviation is expressed by the relative length difference. Assuming that the wave is a sine wave, the plate tolerance is derived using curve integrals and power series expansion. Shape measurement of laboratory measurements and online measurement. Instead of measuring the shape of a plate directly, the shape meter used for online measurement measures the stress. Starting from Hooke’s law, this paper shows the on-line measuring principle and accuracy requirements of the plate-shaped instrument. The flatness measuring system consists of a flat roll, a signal processing unit, a television monitor and related software. Based on the analysis of the plate deviation model, the paper describes the functional principle of the three control elements of roll inclination, roll bending and segmented cooling respectively. This article is based on the author’s experience and analysis of foreign technology negotiations with China over the past three years.
