Japanese encephalitis (referred to as JE) is internationally known as Japanese encephalitis. It is an acute central nervous system infection caused by Japanese encephalitis virus. It is mainly found in Asia and is spread through mosquito bites in summer and autumn. Infected animals (pigs or other domestic animals) are the main source of infection and mosquitoes are the main vectors. Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis are common. The virus multiplies in mosquitoes and appears in large quantities within its salivary glands. When a person is bitten by a mosquito with a JE virus, the virus enters the body with its saliva. People are generally susceptible to Japanese encephalitis virus, the majority of infection was latent infection, and can obtain more lasting immunity. The clinical manifestations are mainly high fever, headache, vomiting, disturbance of consciousness, smoking
