就工会基层工作而言,黄冈市在湖北省属于“扎实”的一类。这种扎实,不仅体现在基层组织组建率高,发挥作用面大,更能体现全市工会工作一贯的传统作风——务实。地处鄂东的黄冈市属于农业大市,较之大城市而言,工业基础相对薄弱。但是,黄冈人有一这样一种风格:干,就要干好;干,就要来实的。于是,黄冈市工会工作的重心,基本上都放在了基层;黄冈市工会工作的亮点,越到基层便越是灿烂。
In terms of the grass-roots work of the trade union, Huanggang City belongs to a “solid” category in Hubei Province. This solid foundation is not only reflected in the fact that grassroots organizations have a high rate of formation and play a large role and can better reflect the traditional style of work of the city’s trade unions consistently - pragmatic. Huanggang City, located in the eastern part of Hubei Province, belongs to a large agricultural market. Compared with the big cities, the industrial base is relatively weak. However, Huanggang people have such a style: dry, we must do a good job; dry, we must come to reality. As a result, the center of gravity in the trade union work in Huanggang is basically on the grassroots level. The bright spot in the work of the trade union in Huanggang City is that the more grassroots it is, the brighter it will be.
