鞍钢高炉冷却运行的实践表明,目前高炉采用的冷却壁结构和材质均不合理,这是导致冷却壁大量破损的原因之一。为适应高炉热负荷的要求,本文对破损冷却壁进行了取样分析,对其结构和材质的改进加以初步探讨,以提高抗热强度和降低其表面温度。采用自然循环方式汽化冷却的高炉,随着热负荷的不断增大,其循环特性表现为热水循环、脉动循环和汽水混合物循环。正确控制汽包水位,特别是在低热负荷时期,把水位控制在0位以上,有利于促进热水循环,缩短脉动循环运行时间。
The practice of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. blast furnace cooling operation shows that the structure and material of the stave used in the blast furnace are unreasonable, which is one of the reasons leading to a large number of damaged stave. In order to meet the requirements of blast furnace heat load, this paper carried out a sample analysis of the damaged stave, and discussed the improvement of its structure and material to improve the heat resistance and reduce the surface temperature. With the natural circulation of gasification cooling blast furnace, with the increasing heat load, the cycle characteristics of the hot water cycle, pulsation cycle and steam mixture cycle. Correctly control the drum water level, especially in the period of low thermal load, the water level control in more than 0, is conducive to promoting hot water circulation, shorten the cycle of pulsatile running time.
