目前,我国房地产调控政策虽已取得初步成效,但要从根本上解决房地产市场存在的深层次矛盾和问题,避免房地产市场出现大的波动,必须在短期调控基础上更加注重构建长效机制,必须抓好“供求平衡、土地价格、税收力量、金融杠杆、配置格局”等房地产调控的关键环节,确保房地产市场的健康发展。
