研究超声波萃取石柑子总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。通过正交试验设计确定了石柑子总黄酮超声波萃取的最佳条件,用DPPH法研究石柑子总黄酮对自由基的清除作用。最佳提取工艺为甲醇体积分数50%,固液比1∶25(g/mL),提取功率为135 W,提取时间40 min,总黄酮的提取率为1.65%。石柑子总黄酮对DPPH的清除率随质量浓度增大而增大,随时间增大而增大,90 min后清除率基本不变,IC50为3.65×10-2 mg/mL。超声波萃取石柑子总黄酮的工艺便捷、效率高;石柑子总黄酮对DPPH·有较好的清除能力,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
To study the extraction technology and the anti-oxidative activity of total flavonoids from Citrus reticulatae by ultrasonic wave. The optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Grifola frondosa were determined by orthogonal experimental design. The scavenging effect of total flavonoids of Grifola frondosa on free radicals was studied by DPPH method. The optimal extraction process was 50% methanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:25 (g / mL), extraction power 135 W, extraction time 40 min, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.65%. The clearance rate of DPPH from the total flavonoids of Citrus sinensis increased with the increase of mass concentration and increased with the increase of time. The clearance rate of DPPH remained unchanged after 90 min with IC50 of 3.65 × 10-2 mg / mL. Ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids of stone is convenient and efficient; the total flavonoids of stone has good scavenging ability to DPPH · and has strong antioxidant activity.
