九年义务教育小学语文教学大纲指出:“阅读教学要着眼于逐步培养学生的自学能力,使学生在阅读实践中学习独立思考,学习怎样读书。”这里强调的“着眼于”就是说阅读教学的出发点和落脚点是培养学生的自学能力。要使学生自己会读书,首先必须教给他们读书的方法。把课堂提问和读书方法的指导有机地结合在一起,培养学生根据文章特点与所需解决的问题灵活地采用阅读方法的能力,这是阅读教学的一项重要任务。
