介绍采用常规输尿管镜直视下取石术和 Finlayson 带鞘输尿管扩张管配合输尿管镜直视取石术摘取29例(30侧)输尿管结石,取石成功率为73%。并对取石中的体会、教训及并发症等进行讨论。
Introduced the use of conventional ureteroscopic lithotomy and Finlayson with sheath ureteral dilatation tube combined with ureteroscopic direct vision lithotomy removed 29 cases (30 sides) of ureteral stones, stone success rate of 73%. And the stone experience, lessons and complications were discussed.
