目的研究大孔吸附树脂吸附远志总皂苷这一过程的吸附热力学和吸附动力学特征。方法以香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色剂,采用可见光分光光度法测定了不同温度时的吸附等温线和不同起始浓度下的吸附动力学曲线。结果吸附平衡数据符合Freund lich方程、Lagergren一级速率方程和Dumwald-W agner颗粒内扩散方程,相关性均良好。结论该吸附过程为吸热过程,自发进行,高温有利于吸附,吸附速率主要由颗粒内扩散控制。
Objective To study the adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics of macroporous adsorption resin for the adsorption of total saponins of Polygala. Methods Vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid were used as color reagents. Adsorption kinetic curves at different temperature and at different initial concentrations were determined by visible spectrophotometry. Results The adsorption equilibrium data were in good agreement with the Freundlich equation, Lagergren first-order rate equation and Dumwald-Wagner intragranular diffusion equation. Conclusion The adsorption process is an endothermic process and proceeds spontaneously. The high temperature is favorable for adsorption. The adsorption rate is mainly controlled by intraparticle diffusion.
