目的:分析厄贝沙坦阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法:2014年3月至2015年10月肇庆市鼎湖区人民医院收治的88例高血压合并冠心病患者,将其分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组采用厄贝沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:经治疗后,两组患者收缩压与舒张压都有明显改善,并且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组患者治疗总有效率明显比观察组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经观察发现,临床上应用厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,临床效果较高,能有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: From March 2014 to October 2015, 88 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to Dinghu District People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City were divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases each. The control group was given irbesartan capsule . The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly improved in both groups, and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the control group was 80.00% . The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%. The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is observed that the clinical application of irbesartan combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, high clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
