实施飞行事故的医疗救护是飞行部队门诊部包括场站卫生队及航医室重要的任务之一。飞行事故具有突发性、群体性、创伤复合性等特点,器材药品的保障要求到位及时、数量充足、状态良好,善后医疗则具有可预见性、长时性和复杂性。在救护工作中我们有如下体会。
The implementation of medical aid in flight accidents is one of the important tasks of the outpatient department of the flight force including the station health team and the navigation room. Flight accidents are characterized by suddenness, group trauma and trauma complexation. The requirements for the protection of equipment and medicines are prompt, sufficient in quantity and in good condition. The prognostic, long-term and complex medical care are provided after the accident. We have the following experience in ambulance work.
