随着患者法律意识的增强,医患关系日趋紧张,近年来医疗纠纷呈不断上升趋势。医院病案资料不仅是医疗质量的重要组成部分,还是具有法律效应的证据文件,在多个领域起到十分重要的作用。因此,病案管理越来越受到重视,但就目前来说还存在不少问题,加强病案管理是医院管理的一项重要任务,也是减少医疗纠纷的有效措施。
