现在国家对职业教育很重视,作为职业学校想尽办法把教学质量提高,培养出高质量的人才,但职业学校在教育过程中存在不少问题和困难,如培养高标准的人才与学生整体素质较差之间的矛盾就是其中之一,如何培养好难管教的职校学生,把他们培养成为具有一技之长且品学兼优的高技能人才是我们每位职校教职工的一大目标。下面就是本人对职校教育的一点看法。
