【摘 要】
：
以人文精神为核心的人文观是一种中学生应该具备的思想意识理念，表现为对自己与他人尊严的维护，对他人的服务，对人类遗留下来的各种审美文化、精神现象、文艺成果等的高度珍视和保护，也是对包括自己在内的人类全面发展的理想人格的高度肯定和美好塑造。当代高中的语文教学，除了完成作为语言工具学科和文学艺术鉴赏这两大教学任务之外，对学生的人文思维培养和人文观的塑造与提升起到至关重要的作用。此外，对人文思维的深入研究具有一定的社会前瞻性。

本文以兰州市某中学两个班的学生为研究对象，学生人数相同，对照班进行以往的主题班会线下教学模式，实验班进行线上与线下混合模式下的主题班会活动，为期3—4个月，其间不断与实验班学生交流，改进“线上”学习任务的完整性，最后对两个班的学生进行问卷调查，分析两种不同教学模式下主题班会开展的优缺点，并对线上与线下混合式教学的运行情况、班会教学设计、学生参与度、学习效果等进行研究，以期提高班主任的专业素养和学生的整体素质，使学校的德育得到更好的实施，为其他班主任的德育工作提供新思路。
阅读是语文教学的关键。从目前的教学现状来看，语文在阅读教学上还存在一些需要改进的问题，根据新课改的要求，核心素养是当前教育的重要内容，核心素养对提高语文阅读教学有很大的推动作用，所以教育工作者要重视核心素质的培养。因此，语文教师要积极开展阅读教学活动，锻炼学生的阅读能力。鉴于此，文章结合笔者多年工作经验，对学生语文自主性阅读能力的培养提出了一些建议，仅供参考。
