男,27岁,因在外耳道流脓液、搏动性耳鸣、听力差一年余、伴有间断性外耳道出血二个月于1991年1月21月入院。病人一年前因“感冒”左耳流水,有时流脓、耳痛,但无头痛及眩晕。听力下降伴有搏动性耳鸣。两个月前左耳道堵塞感.挖耳时出现大量流血,经填塞血止。以后在剧烈活动或劳动时经常发生左耳道出血20余次,听力明显下降,耳鸣呈持续性嗡嗡声。检查:左耳道有脓性分泌物,外耳道有紫红色肉芽样物堵塞。听力学检查:左耳传导性耳聋。平均语音频率70dB,乳突平片示:乳突气化良好,鼓室稍扩大,外耳道口不扩
