研究了残留奥氏体对热轧高强度薄钢板力学性能的影响。结果指出,残留奥氏体的量与稳定性两者都对钢板的力学性能有影响,残留奥氏体量(γ_R)与钢板拉伸延伸率(δ)、强度-塑性匹配指数(σ_b×δ)成正比。残留奥氏体中碳的富集程度愈高,应变的稳定性也愈高,其相变诱导塑性(TRIP)也愈大。
The effect of retained austenite on the mechanical properties of hot rolled high strength steel sheet was studied. The results indicate that both the amount and the stability of retained austenite have an influence on the mechanical properties of the steel sheet. The residual austenite amount (γ_R) and tensile elongation (δ), strength-plasticity matching index (σ_b × δ ) Is proportional. The higher the enrichment of carbon in the retained austenite, the higher the strain stability and the greater the phase transition induced plasticity (TRIP).
