我们采用巩膜外垫压联合玻璃体内空气注入(简称双加压法)治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离10例,获满意效果,现报告如下。临床资料1.病例概要:近两年中共收治10例(10眼),男2例,女8例。年龄25～62岁,平均50.7岁。网脱病史1周～8个月,平均2.7个月。视力大部分为眼前手动～数指/30厘米(其中2例数指/颞侧1米)。均为单一黄斑裂孔,其中白孔1眼。脱离范围:3个象限5眼,2个象限3眼,局限于后极部2眼。脱离15D以上者6眼,14D 以下者4眼。玻璃体不同程度液化混浊后脱离。后极部网膜皱襞2眼。2.手术方法
We use the scleral buckling combined with intravitreal air injection (referred to as dual pressure method) treatment of macular hole retinal detachment in 10 cases, satisfactory results are as follows. Clinical data 1. Case Summary: In the past two years, 10 cases were treated (10 eyes), 2 males and 8 females. Aged 25 to 62 years, an average of 50.7 years old. Network history of dementia 1 week ~ 8 months, an average of 2.7 months. Most of the eyesight in front of the hand ~ digit / 30 cm (of which 2 refers to the number / temporal 1 meter). Are a single macular hole, of which 1 white eye. Out of range: 5 eyes in 3 quadrants, 3 eyes in 2 quadrants, confined to 2 eyes in posterior pole. 6 eyes above 15D, 4 eyes below 14D. Different degrees of vitreous liquefaction and opacity after detachment. Posterior pole fold omental 2 eyes. 2 surgical methods
