看了今年第2期《劳动理论与实践》刊登的靳军同志关于男女退休年龄的文章,我们这些很多年来一直从事基层女工工作的同志,有很多感慨。我们单位是一个女工较多的企业,根据女工的生理情况,多年来对女工的有效工作时间深有体会,我们想发表一点意见。靳军同志认为:过去女职工担负着两个任务,一个是人口生产,另一个是产品生产。同时他认为女职工已经彻底从繁重的生育负担中解放出来了。我们认为这种说法不妥。现在国家提倡只生育一个孩子,比起以前来讲,确实是对妇女的一种解放。但是,国家需要的是有用的人才,教育孩子的责任比起以前来讲不知大了多少倍。和男同志比起来,女职工要多付出多少心血啊!她们不仅要努力完成自己的生产任务,要支持丈夫的工作,还要教育孩子,承担家务活,并且还担心单位会不会让她下岗……生活的压力比起男同志不知要大多少倍。

At the same time, he believes that women workers have been completely freed from the heavy burden of giving birth. We think this is not correct. Now that the state advocates the birth of only one child is indeed an emancipation of women compared with the past. However, what countries need is useful people, and the responsibility to educate their children is not as big as they used to be. Compared with the gay men, women workers should pay more and more effort ah! They not only have to work hard to complete their production tasks, to support her husband's work, but also to educate children, to do household chores, and also worried about the unit will not let her laid off ... ... The pressure of life is much larger than that of gay men.
