在有损信道中,由于前向差错编码的有效性急剧下降,因此对于高突发有损信道,信源和信道的比特率控制优化成为一个挑战。提出了一种有效针对差错恢复的视频自适应编码,通过自适应调整帧内编码更新,优化了视频源比特率失真控制。针对无损和有损信道的差错恢复,进行了理论分析,并且实验模拟了视频样本序列。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,同时也表明该方法十分有效。
In lossy channels, the bitrate control optimization of sources and channels becomes a challenge for high burst lossy channels, as the effectiveness of forward error coding drops dramatically. This paper proposes an effective adaptive video coding algorithm for error recovery. By adaptively adjusting the intra-frame coding update, the video source bit-rate distortion control is optimized. For the lossless and lossy channel error recovery, a theoretical analysis is carried out, and the video sequence is experimentally simulated. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, but also show that the method is very effective.
