我院于1986年5月5~20日对东圃地区11所小学(内设初中部)和1所幼儿园的在学儿童4864例进行血红蛋白普查。其中男2419例,女2445例。小学生及初中班年龄为7~15.5岁,幼儿园为3~7岁。采指血,于0.5~1小时后用沙利氏(Sahlis)色柱比色法检测。检测结果: 1.总群体的血红蛋白测定平均值为10.28g%,标准差(S)为1.91,标准误(S(?))为0.02,范围((?)±2S)为10.28±3.82g%。男2419例,平均值为10.40g%,S=1.26,S(?)=0.002,范围10.40±2.52g%;女2445例,平均值10.31g%,S=1.08,Sx=0.02,范围
