工程总承包模式下的项目成本控制就是在工程总承包项目建设的全过程,对工程费用的可行性控制和预算方案有一个良好的准备工作,在工程的可行性研究阶段、项目建设决策阶段、项目的设计阶段、设备与工程项目材料的采购阶段和分包及施工阶段都需要这种成本控制的切实实施。文章主要对EPC模式下工程项目成本控制的关键环节进行了阐述,对其中存在的问题解决进行了分析,并对项目各阶段成本控制情况作了简要探讨。
The project cost control under the project general contracting mode is the whole process of the EPC project construction.
