武钢4号高炉(2516m~3)第二次大修后采用了串罐无料钟炉顶设备。在高炉开炉装料过程中,对下料罐的最大装料能力、料流调节阀开度与料流量之间的关系、焦炭和矿石的布料轨迹以及料面形状等进行了测定,并观察了十字测温装置对高炉布料的影响。通过料面形状的测定,选择了合适的布料矩阵,初步掌握了无钟布料的规律,为4号高炉顺利开炉和达产创造了条件。
